Digital Product Analyst

Bokadirekt strives to constantly drive optimization of functionality through data – the knowledge of being able to navigate massive data sets, draw conclusions and make predictions. We are now looking for a Digital Product Analyst who likes to work in a scale-up environment and will work cross-functional in the product team dedicated to Marketplace.

About the role

As Digital Product Analyst you will be a driving force in creating a data-driven organization, by owning, being responsible and improving our consumer insights strategy and process. You will set requirements, continuously adapt our technical architecture to work with data-driven analysis, set up A/B test, and analyze results. Based on these support the business and product development with data-driven decisions, increase user value and conversion.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Further develop a data-driven business and culture – understand the business value of our data and how it can be used as support throughout the organization
  • Evaluate existing products on an ongoing basis and identify optimization opportunities
  • Improve customer experience and increase user value for our customers and merchants
  • Create hypotheses and challenge current business performance and practice
  • Review and validate the customer journey, mapping customer insights as well as clarifying triggers and barriers related to the business and product development, app & webb
  • Collaborate with other teams in the organization and communicate with the company’s stakeholders and management.

Your background

We believe you are passionate about numbers, customer insights and conversion. You are curious, like to work in a cross-functional product team, and get your hand dirty by translating big amounts of data into actionable inputs to drive strategic decision-making. You are well-oriented in driving performance and product improvement initiatives by carrying out A/B tests, evaluating, communicating, and anchoring results with stakeholders.

You have:

  • The ability to understand and find appropriate applications for data and analysis results
  • Excellent experience as Digital/Product analytics, A/B-testing, and love to create hypotheses to test as well as configure and evaluate the tests
  • Worked and improved customer experience and increased user value
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Firebase, Amplitude or other similar tools.

Nice to have:

  • Experienced with extracting data from databases such as NoSQL or similar.
  • Experience in Business Intelligence and data visualization
  • Experience in the marketplace space is highly valued, but not a requirement.
