Our Luleå office is home to a group of brave souls with the strongest minds and the loudest laughs (sometimes too loud, according to our CSM neighbors). We like to say the ceiling is high here… in reality, it’s so high we’re basically working outdoors.

Outbound? That’s where we keep the gladiators. These are the people who fearlessly pick up the phone, and pick up the phone, and pick up the phone, and pick up the phone, dial strangers, and train themselves daily to navigate our four bases of sales conversations, all to bring it home with a deal. Think Rocky Balboa, but with a headset instead of boxing gloves.

Inbound? Ah, the masters of “always on.” These are the ones who perfect the art of staying in touch with leads: a call here, an email there, maybe even a smoke signal if that’s what it takes. Their job is to gently (or not so gently) nudge people toward becoming happy customers, and they do it with style.

Here, we work on commission. That means flexibility in your day, but also that your payslip is directly tied to your hustle. We love it, nothing beats the adrenaline of seeing your own effort turn into rewards.
