Say hi to Lars He’s one of our Customer Success Managers, or as we like to call them – customer heroes.

When we ask what he actually does during the day, his answer comes without hesitation: “I make sure our customers get the absolute most out of Bokadirekt! That means everything from onboarding and training to follow-ups, coaching, and being there as a trusted support. By understanding the customer’s needs and business, we act as a strategic partner and a bridge between the customer and our internal teams like sales, support, and product development.”

It’s clear that he’s passionate about his role. When we ask what’s the best thing about working at Bokadirekt, his face lights up: “The team spirit! There’s something truly special here – warm, supportive, almost like family. And honestly, it’s so rewarding to follow my customers’ journeys over time. It feels meaningful to be part of that growth.”

But work isn’t everything – so of course we had to ask... If you could switch jobs for a day, what would you be? “A pilot! Imagine sitting in the cockpit, feeling the plane lift off, and just flying straight toward the horizon. There’s something magical about that sensation – freedom, precision, adventure.”

And finally, the most important summer question: What’s on repeat in your headphones right now? “90s Eurodance, of course! Ace of Base, Dr. Alban, Snap!, La Bouche, Haddaway… there’s just something about those tracks that instantly brings on the summer vibe. You never get tired of them!”
